Terms of Service.

Whopclub ("we", "us") is a discovery platform for in-person entrepreneur events, city clubs and premium members' clubs, published at whopclub.com. The service is operated from Strasbourg, France; a dedicated legal entity is in the process of being registered, and this page will be updated with its details once incorporation completes. Whopclub is an independent project built on top of Whop's platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Whop. "Whop" is a trademark of its respective owner.

Whopclub is a front-end: we list events, clubs and memberships, and we route you to Whop for everything transactional. Sign-in uses your Whop account (OAuth). Checkout, payment processing, receipts, tickets and payouts are handled by Whop under Whop's own terms, which you also accept when you buy anything.

Whopclub takes a platform fee of approximately 10% of net sales made through the platform; organizers and hosts keep the remainder, paid out weekly through Whop.

You need a Whop account to join events or host them. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must keep your Whop credentials to yourself. We store the profile you fill in on Whopclub (city, interests, contact details) as described in our Privacy Policy.

We can suspend or close a Whopclub account that breaks these terms, harasses other members, or is used for fraud. If your Whop account is suspended by Whop, your Whopclub access goes with it.

Prices are shown on the page before you buy and are charged by Whop at checkout. Ticket prices, membership tiers and dates shown on Whopclub can change until the moment you complete checkout; the price you pay is the one Whop shows you at that moment.

Cancellations and refunds are covered in detail in our Refund Policy, including your withdrawal rights under EU consumer law and the exception for events with a fixed date.

Events listed on Whopclub are run by independent organizers: club captains, hosts and partner venues. The organizer is responsible for the venue, the program, safety on site and compliance with local rules. Whopclub is not the organizer of an event unless the listing explicitly says "hosted by Whopclub".

• Tickets are personal and shown as a QR code from your Whop account.
• Organizers may refuse entry for safety or conduct reasons; a refused entry for documented misconduct is not refundable.
• Be a decent human: no harassment, no discrimination, no recording other attendees without consent, no pitching unregistered financial products.

If you launch a club or host an event, you warrant that your listing is accurate, that you have the right to use the venue and any images you upload, and that your event complies with the law where it takes place. You are responsible for your own tax and social obligations on the revenue Whop pays out to you.

Selling tickets for a Whopclub-listed event outside of Whop checkout ("off-platform sales") is a breach of these terms and can lead to delisting.

Whopcoin (WC) is currently in preview. Balances shown on the site, including any welcome bonus, are promotional display values with no cash value, no purchase power and no right to redemption. Whopcoin top-ups are not on sale; the top-up page operates as a waitlist only. These terms will be updated with a dedicated Whopcoin section before any real top-up goes live.

The Whopclub name, design and site content belong to us or our licensors. Photos and videos used in listings belong to their respective owners. When you upload content (a club photo, an event description), you keep ownership and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on Whopclub and in Whopclub's own promotion of your listing.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for what happens at independently organized events, for Whop's checkout or payout availability, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including for gross negligence, willful misconduct or personal injury, and nothing reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Before any court action, write to us; most issues resolve in one email. Consumers in France may also use a certified consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation) free of charge once one is designated for the incorporated entity.

We can update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced on the site with a new "last updated" date at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Whopclub after that date means you accept the new version.
