How to host an event on Whop.

Whop powers the checkout, the tickets and the payouts. Whopclub gives you the room: a city club, a public page and members who actually show up. Here is the whole process, from zero to a sold-out door.

The playbook, step by step.

  1. Set up your Whop account

One login runs everything: your page, your checkout, your payouts. If you already sell or learn on Whop, this step is done.

  2. Claim your club page

Pick your city and your theme on Whopclub. No club for it yet? Launch one and become the captain for $24.99 a month after a 14-day free trial, with the kit and the first members included.

    Launch a club
  3. Create the event

Venue, date, capacity, cover photo. A free founders' dinner or a paid seminar both work, and both take about two minutes to set up.

    Open the event form
  4. Price the tickets

Charge in dollars or in Whopcoin. Free events fill fastest, paid events filter for serious people. Your room, your call.

  5. Publish and share

Your event goes live on Whopclub the second you hit publish, listed in your city and pushed to the local club. Tickets sell through Whop checkout, receipts and QR codes included.

  6. Run the door and get paid

Scan QR codes from your phone at the door. Whop handles the payout. You keep 90% of every sale, Whopclub takes about 10%.

What actually fills a room.

The best first event is small and specific. A breakfast for e-commerce operators beats a generic networking night. Look at what already runs in your city and pick the gap. Weekly rhythm beats one big yearly bet: the clubs that grow on Whopclub host something every month, even if it is ten people around a table.

Price is a filter, not just revenue. A $15 ticket cuts no-shows in half compared to free, and a $300 seminar tells people exactly who it is for. If your community runs on Whopcoin, price in WC and let members pay with their balance in one tap.

Quick answers.

How much does it cost to host an event on Whop?

Nothing upfront. Whopclub takes about 10% of ticket sales and hosts keep 90%. Free events cost nothing at all.

Do I need a big audience to host?

No. Your event is listed on Whopclub and pushed to your city's club, so local members can find it even if you start from zero.

How do attendees get their tickets?

Through their Whop account. Everyone shows a QR code at the door. No printouts, no spreadsheets.

Ready to put a date on it?

Two minutes to publish. Your city is already waiting on the map.
